Will this charger work on a 1.5 AH 20 V battery?

Yes, if you are talking about the 20V batteries for the various Black & Decker tools. I have batteries from the 1.5/1.8 ah up to the 4.0 ah and they all charge.

where is the plug for this charger

The cord and plug are wired into the charger. It doesn't detach.

No more extended waiting!

With purchase of two 4Ah 20V batteries recently, after depleting and charging on old style charger, the charging time took more than 8 hours. Same battery and conditions with new charger took less than 2.5 hours. This greatly increases tool usage time by lessening recharge waiting time. Extra batteries help, but this rapid charger is a game changer. Seems well made, only time will tell about longevity. We'll pleased.

Fantastic charger!! Recommended!!

I purchased a Black and Decker Weed Wacker and Blower system for Father's Day last year and it came with little 20V batteries to run them. Typically they give me 20 to 40 minutes of use and then using the supplied charger takes about 8 hours to fully charge both.If I start charging one, it blinks for roughly 3-4 hours before it goes solid green, and then have to switch to the other battery, and let that charge for another 3-4 hours.So really, if I was trying to do a clean up I'd have to rush through it to make it, or plan on doing the project over a couple days to give the batteries time to recharge.This fast charger popped up on sale and after reading a couple reviews, I figured a 20 dollar gamble couldn't hurt.The gamble definitely paid off. I started charging both batteries at the same time (12:34pm) to see how this stacked up. The fast charger finished charging by 1:14pm! 40 minutes! I was blown away. The other one on the supplied charger charged till about 3 pm and then I quit paying attention.Extremely glad I saw the sale on this item and it is worth every penny. Hopefully it holds up for a few years.
