I started adding a probiotic with digestive enzymes earlier this year to help with bloating and digestive issues. This seems to be of great quality and I take one capsule first thing in the morning and another with my nighttime vitamins immediately before bed. I rarely feel bloated, it promotes regularity—when I wake up before I even have coffee I am ready to go. An unexpected benefit is with my lactose intolerance, where I normally avoid all dairy products, if I eat a little dairy with dinner (cheese on salad, ect) I don’t get any of my usual lactose intolerance symptoms: congestion, stomach cramps. I won’t full blown start eating dairy now, but knowing that if I want to indulge or am sharing a meal socially I don’t have to be so concerned about my digestive issues.

LOVE GoBiotix Super Enzymes! My doctor suggested I try Digestive Enzymes, Pre/Probiotics, and Betaine HCL for my digestion issues (bloating, reflux, etc) which have been getting worse. I couldn’t eat certain foods, and was unable to take a recent prescription due to the above plus extreme nausea. I’ve tried pre/probiotics before and they never helped much, so I wasn’t hopeful. I stumbled on these on Amazon, and they had all everything in one capsule so I didn’t have to take 4 separate ones, and the price was great. After the first Super Enzyme capsule, literally, I could tolerate the prescription. Been taking them daily since then, and all my other daily food digestion issues are gone! Why didn’t I know about these sooner?! No more need for antacids and all the other things I was taking for digestion issues. I’ll be stocking up on these!!

This product helps with digestion. I have IBS and have to be very careful what I eat. Sometimes a food will not hurt my stomach, other times it will not, so it is hard to eliminate specific foods. I have less stomach pain when I take this product right before I eat. I was impressed with ingredients and only need to take 1 capsule a day.

I had a myomectomy in may and I was experiencing a lot of pressure in my stomach due to gas. I was told I need digestive enzymes. I love that this is a pre and probiotic with turmeric and fennel seed. My first week I did two each meal to get it in my system my second week I did two am one other two meals. I felt the difference by day two. All the pressure in my stomach has stopped my stomach has come all the way down. After surgery I had my swollen days but turns out these tablets are the cure. My first bottle is almost gone next is already on the way.

I've tried MANY different kinds of digestive enzymes and can safely say, these are the best kind! I suggest to all my friends and family to start buying these..Simply amazing how I can easily eat anything I want and not be bloated later, because I take 1 of these ,a day. Not having gallbladder takes its toll on the body, in many forms ..at least, I don't have to continue losing weight now that i have these ..🥲

I started struggling with digestive issues for the first time in my life last year, and it felt so daunting to figure out where to start first. I did some research on digestive enzymes based on a recommendation from my doctor. I tried a different brand first and I didn’t like them or notice much of an effect. I tried looking again and found the GoBiotix ones which had great reviews (and were less expensive yay). I decided to give them a try and wow! I’m not looking back. These are so simple yet so effective. I take this right before or after a meal that I have a feeling would otherwise give me digestive hell. I can literally scarf down two slices of thick crust pizza at 9pm and if I pop in one or two of these it’s like nothing happened… it’s magic. Highly recommend!!

I wasn't sure what to expect since I bought it based on reviews on Amazon, but since I started using it, I am actually pleased that I made the decision. It helps with my stomach issues and I do feel some form of relief from symptoms I was having. I take with food when I feel my digestion going sluggish or when I am on PPIs. I am almost out of the bottle and was still thinking how I will get another 😁...it's a good product at a good price.

I like how this makes my stomach feel.. I have a problem with digesting foods from meat to veggies and this works pretty great for me.. I took other digestive pills and probiotics and I still could feel weight in my stomach with those digestive pills but this feels like it breaks it down for me and I have no weight in my stomach . I may have a couple belches haha but it feels great ..it’s a plus also to have both probiotic and digestive pill together ..😉
