This is terrific. You can use regular tap water, although I use distilled out of habbit. Will last 8 hours if you dial it just below high setting. Easy to use and give a great stream of vapor. Small and portable. Would highly recommend.

So far, so good. I did make one mistake that I will pass on. If you want to drain out the leftover water, take the top section off first. I left it on and turned the whole thing over and the water spilled out of the bottom, making a real mess. Luckily I didn't break it. If you take the removable top piece off (not the little thing that connects to the water bottle---I mean the top piece that has the hole that the bottle fits into), you can then easily pour the water out. I do this when there is a small amount left and leave it drying upside down on a l towel until I refill the bottle. Because it has a small motor, I think it's a good idea to shut it off once in a while.I am using it in my bedroom and it is really helping with my hot air heat. My cats like it too---their long hair has much less static. I bought the one with the beige circles on the white background. I think it's cute. The water bottle that comes with it has not run out over night. I keep a gallon of distilled water on the floor and refill as needed.

Love the look & the idea of having a portable unit. Problem being worked fine first time, but issues since then. Shut it off, came back to it and then I could hear the motor going a lot more than when I initially set it up. Later it woke me up because I could hear the motor even more. Emptied the thing out/dried it & started over. Still can hear the motor working. My 1 gallon humidifier & the fish tank are completely silent compared to this. The output has remained the same, but it's just too noisy for such a little thing. Wish it worked out better, but it's going back.

Loved this so so much... it was just what i was looking for... until it started in with fan malfunctions about a month after purchase. Several humidifiers I've bought have had this problem. The fan starts making a loud buzzing noise. Some of them apparently have a way you can unscrew / detach the bottom and replace the fan, but I haven't encountered one yet.Apart from the fan issue, which may be just a fluke for the one I bought, this is a nice humidifier. It's got easy access for cleaning, the bottle can be replaced with store-bought bottled water if desired, the LED turns OFF completely which is a big plus for me as I sleep next to the thing. Also it's very elegant and it does not take up a ton of space. I can't remember if there was a USB connector as I've since gotten rid of this. I know it plugs into a normal US wall outlet.

This company is a joke!! After weeks of researching I decided to purchase this product and have regretted it ever since! For a small device it is NOT quiet and only lasts about 5 hours at a time. After 6 months of use it started to produce smoke along with a very loud churning noise. I followed all of the online trouble shooting steps and then contacted the company who proceeded to tell me to do the steps again. After that didn't work they wanted the purchase receipt. It has not been 2 months since I sent them that receipt and have not heard anything back from them. I've sent numerous emails and left several voicemails...oh yeah because their contact number doesn't allow you to reach an actual person. I have finally filled a grievance with Amazon and will be filing a report with the BBB and any other department that will take a report on this fraud of a company. My advice is to save your money and find a better company who cares about their products and customer experience!

I got this for my husband who travels extensively for work. He complains about the air in hotel rooms and this is very helpful product, especially in places where the heater is on and the air gets so dry it feels like you can't breathe. I got one for my mother too!

Even though this is so small it is really strong, water lasts a full day even at full power. We now have 2 of these and I am considering buying a third for another bedroom. Great deal and design makes it look great with any decor. Love it!

Very happy with this purchase. Easy instruction for set up and use. Works as expected.
