I buy these as soon as my husband runs out. This supplement raised his D-3, which was low.

Highly recommend!!! These are so easy to add into my evening regimen and just in the three months I have been taking them I have noticed an amazing increase in my energy levels and mood! My vitamin d levels are really low so I will be interested in seeing what my levels are at my 6 month recheck, I will try to update my review then.

I have taken this supplement for years. And if I go off for some reason, can tell a difference. I think it helps my dry eye, and know I need the Vitamin D. After reading many reviews over the years- always comes up as a quality, trusted brand. No after taste or burp for me!

Dr informed me my blood test reported low vitamin D. Did research and came across these. I take 1 in am and 1 in pm. After 6 month follow up, Dr informs me my vitamin D results are great.

Vitamin levels are coming up so they are working , like the fact they are a capsule and not a tablet , easier to swallow . They are natural and not junk . Would recommend

I can’t really comment on whether this is the best price out there, but my doctor specifically told me that with Vitamin D supplements, the brand really matters. She recommended Nordic Naturals as one of the best and said some cheaper brands can actually do more harm than good — so that pretty much sold me.
