I bought this w some higher hopes. It just hurt a lot and didnt pull out the hairs well. I literally ended up throwing it away. I had researched and watched a ton of videos on youtube before deciding to buy...I usually have low expectations and don't give bad reviews but this was ...bad.

i am very happy with this. it has all the features i wanted. corded or uncorded use .. rechargable. epilator and shaver heads.used on face and legs so far. a little uncomfortable the first time but completely doable. subsequent times don't hurt due toless hair being epilated (regrowth). price range I hoped to find also.

I've never used an epilator before, so I really had no idea what to expect when I purchased this remover. The device itself is a nice size, not too big. It comes with the epilator attachment, a smaller epilator head for your face, and a shaver head, along with a charger stand, a cleaning brush and instructions. I tried to use the epilator attachment first and, man, did that sucker hurt. However, I think it was because the hair I was trying to remove was longer than it should have been. I used the shaver attachment to trim my hair shorter and tried the epilator again. It still stung a bit, but was much better. It took the hair out by the roots, but you have to take your time or else it'll irritate your skin. I've not tried the small epilator attachment yet.There are a few cons I've noticed:- this is pretty noisy. It has two speed settings, but I've not noticed much of a difference between either.- this is wider than other shavers I've used, so it seems like it would be more difficult to do any kind of removal from areas that benefit from smaller heads, like around the ankles. I've also read that you can use the smaller epilator attachment on your eyebrows, but I think the width of the head would really inhibit that kind of detail.- in other shavers I've owned with multiple heads, the bottom of each head base was open, which was helpful when cleaning out the hairs. On this one, the bottom of the heads are closed, meaning the only way you have to brush out the hairs is from the top where the razors are. I have a feeling that after some use the hairs will accumulate within the heads, which may result in some jamming,I received this epilator at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

It kept shutting itself off during epilation so I would have to tap it to make it work. The company said they were having problems with the epilator and gave me a refund.

It is powerful. It is loud but it gets most of the job done. I just have to get use to using it. - Ouch!I love the facial attachment. It works great. I do find I have to go over my legs 2 or 3 times to remove hairs, but I'm not sure if that is because I new to using it.

I have been using an epilator for over 10 years but recently found myself in the market for a new one. This was not purchased for the razor or tweezer head just as an epilator. Mine does not have two speeds, only one. I dont know if its defective or the way it is supposed to be. But you really need a low speed for delicate areas. It took awhile to charge but the cordless feature is very convenient. As far as using an epilator, I found it necessary to go over each area more than once plus it didn't work as well if the hair was over 1/4 inch long. My first epilator worked wonderful and it would be a challenge for another product to work as well I guess. So this is fine and I am glad I got it. If you are going to use all three heads, its truly worth it for you. I did receive this at a discount for my honest, unbiased review.
