PowerStep High Insoles | High Arch Pain Relief Orthotic, Supination Inserts

I just got these, but initial impressions are positive. I have very high arches, resolved plantar fasciitis, which morphed into waxing/waning plantar fibromas. I stand and walk a lot for work. I've been using Superfeet for years - specifically (and the best for me) have been the Superfeet Run Support High Arch insoles. And those are great. A quick comparison - these insoles have a MUCH higher arch and the arch is a bit further forward to the toe. So for me, this insole exactly molds up into my arch and provides support I've only ever gotten with Birkenstocks. Photos - blue one is the Powerstep and green one is then Superfeet. The are is higher and more forward on the Powersteps. So bottom line - if Birkenstocks work for you, these insoles are probably a good fit for you as well. Longer term results remain to be seen.

Recommended by my foot doctor .Was told to wear 4 hrs first day . Forgot and had on 6 hrs when I felt my feet feeling fatigued .Changed out my shoes and next day wore 4 hrs. And increased time by 2 hrs gradually.Have been wearing 8 hrs and longer now and my feet feel great . My back issues actually have reduced by supporting my foot and high arches .Actually helped my ankle pain as well . Recommend them if you have foot back and ankle issues .

These inserts were recommended by a chiropractor for my daughter, who plays basketball—and they’ve been a game changer. She refuses to play without them now! They provide excellent arch support, and she’s had nothing but great things to say about how they feel. Definitely worth the money, and we’ll be buying more once her current pair wears out.

Love these inserts! However, the top layer started to peel so I exchanged them. The next pair did the same thing within a month. They are a great insert, just disappointed how they started to peel so quickly (within a month) of wearing them every couple of days. Super comfortable, good support, would purchase again or try another kind of this brand.

These inserts were one of 3 brands recommended by my podiatrist. I'd recently messed up the tendons in my feet. Very painful. If you supinate, these are for you. They are instantly comfortable with no adjustment time. They save my life every day. Now, they are on the thicker side, so they may not work with some of your shoes. They work just fine in my athletic shoes, but not in my dress shoes. But! Because they work so well, I'm likely to buy shoes a half size up now just so I can use them. I think the additional half size will accommodate the additional depth needed. Some of you will hesitate at the price. They're comparable to all others, and they work. You're worth it.

I have high arches and hammertoes and need orthotics. My original post-surgery orthotics wore out, and I was unsure whether buying orthotics over the counter would be a good decision. There are quite a few to choose from, but I decided to purchase these based on their manufacture in the United States. Fortunately, when they arrived, I was delighted to see that they fit my shoes perfectly and provided a great deal of comfort beneath my feet. Support beneath a high arch can make a difference in mobility and stride. These are a fantastic investment.

Price is insane. $10 more than competition. I'll got to the store, thank you very much...They last me about 2 months new. I'm on my feet all day and they help with my fybromialgia.

This is the aftermarket shoe insert that was recommended by our Podiatrist. It's a well made product and seems to hold up well over time. My wife and I both use them and we're happy with them. Product is advertised accurately and is shipped and delivered nicely.
