It worked well for my rather unique purpose. I ordered it to use as a binder for making wood smoking pellets. It functioned as expected.

Kosher potato starch that works for many things
I use potato starch for my gluten-free baking. I was having a hard time finding what I was usually used to and thought I would give this a try. I’m very pleased. It’s a quality potato starch that is kosher. I have tried it in chicken soup to thicken it and that came out very well. I like that it comes in cans instead of packages. I received four cans for about $20. I think that it is worth it. I will continue to be a customer of this remarkable product.

Gluten Free alternative to Matzo Meal
