Very fast dispatch, received the day after order which was 3 days earlier than expected. Well packed. Really cute teapot, nice size. Washed everything, read the little booklet (one page) and made myself a lovely ginger tea. Looks really nice, handle didn't get hot, body was. Tea light didn't go out as another suggested. I topped it up with cold water and it heated so perfect. I just need to be careful with washing the pot as its glass. Very happy with this.

It's a super purchase. I've been using it for about a year very regularly and can considering say it looks the same as day one.

Looks very smart, good quality, easy to clean, nice to hold and pour. Perfect for making 1 X large cup of tea or 2/3 regular cups. This is great value at £17, it's £99 on the Zwilling website! Every few weeks I just fill it with cold water and some bleach, leave for a couple of hours to remove any tea staining and then rinse thoroughly.

I received the teapot and it is very well made. Very good value for the money, and a nice addition with the option to keep your tea warm with the tea light candle. I was worried I would have to return, as after purchasing I read a negative review about the tea light not working which goes out as soon as you place the teapot on. I am happy to say that the tea light warmer works great and stayed lit continuously. It gives a nice ambience and I can get a warm cup of tea at the same time. I’m very pleased with the product and highly recommend. If anything changes I will update.

I’ve finally found a perfect tea pot! Very cleverly designed in every aspect and made of high quality materials with an edition of a tea warmer base powered by a tea light. I’m so delighted with my purchase that I’ve placed an order for another tea pot to gift to someone. I highly recommend this product.

As soon as you put the pot on the stand it extinguished the tealight candle. So a pot warmed by a tea light candle needs a candle that's burning. I let the candle burn for a while, nothing made a difference, as soon as the pot was placed on the stand the candle started to fade and go out. Nice idea but designed poorly. A candle needs air to burn, and yes there is a small gap at the bottom, but if the pot is sealing the top the candle will just be starved of oxygen as the flow has stopped. Surely whe designed they must have tested it, right? I was looking forward to it because I like coffee warm but not boiling, and I don't have time to send it back so my review is just to save people from buying one to send back. You could fix it by placing some metal washers or coins to rest the pot on but that's not why I bought it.

Love this tea pot! Listed for a very affordable price on here also. Get a lot of compliments from friends when I use it. Thank you.

Achei que o produto era elétrico, mas ele nada mais é que um nebulizador depois que aquecida a água numa chaleira, não achei pratico, boa qualidade de produto mas deixou a desejar
