Pay attention to which hand (left or right) adapter you're purchasing.
My fault completely, but I didn't notice I purchased a right handed adapter. After 2 rounds of hitting drives all over the place I dove a little deeper and luckily realized what was wrong. Settings for a lefty are completely backwards...from there easy fix.

Top ring is loose
Titleist adapter have a top ring to keep the adjustment piece from coming off the adapter. This brands too ring falls off from being put on too loosely. Nowhere close to oem quality
