Good project boards
Have used these in several projects recently and the boards and chipset are good for portable speakers and jukebox modifications. Wish they made one without the potentiometer for volume already soldered so remote volume controls are easier to deploy.

Defective Chip burnt after 5 minutes
I connected it to 24 volts and the sound quality and volume were good. Turned it off and back on and it started smoking. The heat sink was loose and barely hanging on. It's outside of the 30 days so I was not able to request a refund.

Arrives broken. Not 120W
Two ordered, two broken on arrival. No way its 120W per channel. It just can't do it. Here is what the chip supports, pasted from the Texas Instruments data sheet for the chip. – 2 × 50 W Into a 4-Ω BTL Load at 21 V (TPA3116D2)
