Great if You Love Eating Beans and Vegetables!
If you go to vegetarian restaurants, have sensitivity to certain vegetables or just love to have beans in a burrito, these are nice to take with you for any culinary adventure. I like to take four tablets mostly and find that works great. I have been a fan of Beano for years because it allows me to eat beans which give me lots of energy! ~The Rebecca Review

For me, worked better than simethicone or calcium tablets
I was looking for an alternative to the calcium and simethicone tablets I'd been taking on and off for the last several months. They did work...somewhat, but I needed more relief. I knew of Beano, but for some reason it didn't occur to me to give it a try. But eventually I did, and I am glad I did so, because I am definitely getting more relief. Significantly more, in fact, so I'll stick with these. I am using the extra-strength version.

It was recommended by by doctor. It works so I can eat things like eggs, plant based protein, peanut butter and cooked vegetables including baked beans and collard greens. I have no more intestinal pain due to gas in my lower intestines.
