I like this vitamin because it is a vitamin made from food, since it is made from food you can take it on an empty stomach and won't get that sick feeling you get when taking a synthetic vitamin such as Centrum. With hyper stomach acidity, got to be very careful with any supplements that upset my stomach and this vitamin is really gentle on stomach However I take it after food and as role of a thumb don’t take any supplements on empty stomach
