Looks great and very sturdy.
Installing the pad is a breeze and looks great. Very comfortable when attached to my 2022 HD Road King. The right side latch did take a little more persuasion than the left but once it is on it is very tight. Great value!

Awesome Back Rest
I’m definitely skeptical when it comes to buying non-Harley parts from my Harley Davidson motorcycle. But instead of spending $500 or more, I ended up going this route and buying this back rest with the recommended docking hardware which I will also write a review for. It works perfectly when it’s on the bike And my wife absolutely loves it. The only flaw that I would say is it’s a bit tricky trying to take it off the motorcycle so I end up having to take one side off and then you have to almost pull the sissy bar to whatever side is still locked in and try to work out that locking system on that side of the bike to take it fully off. I’m not sure if maybe the docking hardware is slightly too short or maybe the sissy bar is a little too wide , but once it’s on the bike, it is very sturdy. I will be purchasing the Harley set up in the near future but this definitely gets me from point a to point B when I’m riding two up.

2025 RG
This fit my 2025 Road Glide. It took some wiggling to get it to fit correctly. I only use this occasionally. Not the best quality, but fine for the price.

Nice Backrest
Fit my '22 Roadking Special. The latches are a little tight to latch and unlatch, but I think the OEM ones are too. Also, I think the pad is a little more flexible than the OEM ones, but overall happy with the purchase, especially for the price compared to OEM

Solid detachable backrest
I have been using the PBYMT Detachable Passenger Quick Release Sissy Bar for the past few years. Easy install and removal when needed. My wife is 5'9" and she felt secure at all times during our rides. The backrest matches my stock HD seat so that was a plus.

Already Rusting
Before I posted my review, I searched for a contact number on Amazon, as well as online for PBYMT and wasn't able to find one. I can't find an email either or chat messaget to contact anyone. Will someone please contact me for a warranty exchange? I bought it on 11/26/2021 and it's already rusting on both side where the bend is above the mounting bracket on the bike. It's kept in a garage and was completley out of the weather until mid March, so in reality, it's only been exposed to weather less than 4 months. It should NOT be rusting. I would like to exchange it for a new one. Maybe it was just a bad chrome batch, so I'm willing to give it a another shot, but there should definitely not be any rust areas after only 4 months or less. Aside from the rust, it's a nice backrest. Thank you.

2024 Harley Street Glide (FLHX) Compatibiltiy
It's a little snug due to some distortion from the welding process that requires use of a spreading clamp to position it so that you can easily lock the quick release. Use blue locktite on screws for the cusion because it lossened up and would slide off when the 2up passenger would get off. All the fitment issues were workable, and it does work as a 2up backrest.

Super Nice and way less expensive than OEM
Just want to say, this is a very nice addition to my bike. Sturdy, and far less expensive than buying at a dealer!!! Just be patient with putting the pad onto the backrest. Kind of a pain to get the three bolts in, but this is going to be true with one from dealer as well. Highly recommend!!

Great product

Vey sturdy and comfortable. The finish looks like HD-OEM. Would’ve blindly recommended it but I had to do some extensive wiggling around with the 4-point quick release anchors on the right side before getting it to close shut. So, I’d say buy with your discretion. Once you figure out the fitment, the comfort is uncanny and unparalleled by any non-oem backrests. All of this at less than half the price compared to HD official store.

It fitted my road glide like a glove and you can’t deferentiate it from the original, Note* you need a sissy bar to install it on your bike , consider getting a sissy bar with it

Installation issues. A bug with installation but once figured out it went ok.

One part came bent, did not fit and had to bend it. The chrome finish is a joke. Save more and buy genuine accessories.
