Where do I start with this company and product. Parasol moved 360 degrees in slightest wind hitting anyone in the dace/head who is near it. Would almost topple over with 4 concrete slabs on the bottom. Took ages to get a refund. Cost me 29.99 to return (at my own expense) I got silly responses including asking me to just say it's a small parcel to keep return cost down. Thats not even possible to do. Buyer beware!! It has 1 star only because I cant put nothing!

Love this parasol, especially the Bluetooth speaker, Keeps you well shaded, only downfall is it doesn’t tilt. Make sure you buy good weights for the frame so it doesn’t tip over.

its amazing parasol just a shame when the wind catches the parasol that it moves instead of staying where we set it up otherwise good product

Is a great umbrella

I wouldnt purchase this product it's OK however the components are weak and ours broke after a week, I'm now waiting on the supplier for a replacement or a refund so will update when I get contact from the supplier not a happy customer 🙄
