If that is all they have it should be advertised as a 24-25 inch duffle...not 21 inch. I guess it's a bargain to get something bigger than what you want for the same price...but if I wanted something larger I would have ordered such!! Review: Strong and durable. - This was the perfect size for carry on for the plane. The quality was better than I expected for the amount of money. The straps were strong and durable.

Strong and durable.
This was the perfect size for carry on for the plane. The quality was better than I expected for the amount of money. The straps were strong and durable.
