Very small pill..easy to swallow..got it because it helps calcium go to your bones and not your soft tissue..no reaction to pill..I take it wit calcium and food

It's pretty much impossible to tell if this product or its competitors products actually do anything. I do like that this product is inexpensive compared to the competitors. And, since I take two every day, along with a hand-full of other supplements, it's nice that the pills are small and, hence, easy to swallow. I've been taking vitamin K2 for about 3 years. I had initially started taking it to help with joint aches. I did some research and found (through scientific papers) that K2 might be helpful in preventing heart attack and a load of other problems. The K2 (from a different manufacturer) didn't seem to do anything, at least at first. However, I generally feel better, both in my joints and in my overall health. It's not clear if that's the vitamin K2 or any of the many other changes that I made. But I'm not willing to stop taking K2 as there are papers that indicate its efficacy, and there is no other source of it in my diet. I started taking this product about 3 months ago. It takes more than 3 months to evaluate vitamin K2 (it's a marathon, not a sprint) IF you have diagnostic equipment, time, and money to test for results. So, I can't say this product is better or worse than any other or if any of them actually work at all. However, this product is the cheapest I've seen on the market and that's a really good feature. I'll keep taking it and looking for this particular product. My health is important and I think this is an important component of that.

This seemed to be one of the better values for Vitamin K2 (MK7). Easy to swallow. Giving 4 stars now, and will update to 5 stars if my next coronary calcium test is improved.

I've only been using this brand of vit. k2 for a week. I take it to reduce my blood calcium level and have not had a lab test to conform if it's as effective as other brands. It's labeled as the same dosage I normally take, so I shall have to wait and see. It's much less expensive than my normal brand so that's a plus if it works just as well. Let's also not forget free delivery with Amazon Prime- no going out to the store and possibly getting exposed to covid.
