Q: What is the weight capacity on this cart? i have a hobart handler 210 mvp

I'm not sure of the weight capacity but Ive used it with my HH 210 mvp with a 125 cu ft tank for over a year with no issues.

Q: What are the dimensions of the top shelf? How high is the top shelf from the bottom shelf? Could a plasma cutter fit in that bottom shelf?

Top shelf will fit a Hobart or Lincoln 140 mcig welder with an inch to spare in the front.Bottom will welding accessories but unless you put the plasma cutter on its side, I doubt it will fit.

Q: Where is the welding cart manufactured?

I would guess China. Its an extremely cheap piece of crap.

Q: Can anyone tell me what size gas bottle fits this cart?

A couple of sizes. Ask the folks at Airgas or your supplier. As for the quality of the cart it’s good. I’m a hobbyist restoring a few sports cars and it’s great. Been in use for 2 plus years, every other day use.
