I’ve tried a lot of sleep gummies, and these ZzzQuil Triple Action ones actually work really well for me. I usually have trouble falling asleep because my mind won’t shut off, but after taking these, I feel relaxed and sleepy without feeling knocked out. The gummies taste good, not chalky or weird like some others I’ve tried. I like that they’re easy to chew and don’t upset my stomach. The 6mg melatonin feels strong enough to help me fall asleep faster, but I don’t wake up feeling groggy the next morning. I’ve been using them for a few nights now and I’m sleeping more consistently. Obviously everyone is different, but these have been a solid help for me. I’ll definitely keep these on hand for nights when I can’t wind down.

Works in less that 30 minutes! Hands down best melatonin I’ve ever tried! Doesn’t leave you feeling drowsy next day. Cheap and great quality.

The melatonin kicks in gradually - expect to feel sleepy within 30-45 minutes, rather than the sudden knockout effect you get with some other sleep aids. The addition of Ashwagandha seems to help with relaxation before sleep. Taste is actually pleasant (berry flavor) without the bitter aftertaste some melatonin products have. Texture is good too - not too chewy or sticky. Two gummies per serving is reasonable, though you might find one is enough depending on your sensitivity. A few practical notes: they can be slightly effective even when taken later than the recommended 30-60 minutes before bed, but they work best with a consistent schedule. They don't seem to create dependency like some sleep medications can, though it's best to use them occasionally rather than nightly. Important to mention: store these properly sealed and away from heat - they can melt and stick together. Also, while they're generally gentle, start with one gummy if you're new to melatonin supplements to gauge your response. Works well, maybe too well, I took the recommended dose and I guess I didn’t sleep long enough ( less than 7 hours), so was super groggy all day. Tastes horrible, I’m talking about forcing myself to even think about taking one, and so sweet and sticky, that it seriously hurts my newly damaged teeth enamel. Also, the strangest thing happened the first night I tried it - I had a nightmare for the first time in years, and I’ve been having weird and sometimes scary dreams every night I take those gummies. I’ve skimmed through reviews and didn’t see anything about the nightmares, and it might be just a coincidence, but I’m going to fork out more money for a different brand just in case.
