This is a seasoning mix made exclusively for barbecue blend. The final product is deliciously soft and moist finger licking Seekh Kababs. Steps to Cooking1. In half cup of water, add Shan Tikka Seekh Kabab Mix, garlic paste, yogurt and 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix and apply to meat. Set aside for 3-4 hours.2. Skewer the meat cubes and place on low heat of coal/gas fire until lightly browned.3. Brush the meat with butter and rotate skewers until the meat is tender. Serving Suggestions: Serve with Shan Tamarind Chutney, salad and lemons.

Verrrrry delicious!
I read a book where tandoori chicken was the character’s favorite dish, so I wanted to try it. By far, the most scrumptious moist, flavorful chicken I have ever fixed (and I love to cook). I served it to my book club and they all went back for a second helping! The spices were mellow and beautifully blended-not hot or spicy at all. I will buy again.

POTENT!
I recommend you use 1/3-1/2 what the directions say. It has a very intense flavor and heat at full strength. Your tastes may differ. You can always add more, or use potatoes or additional meat to "dilute it." 😆

Delicious but fairly spicy
I’m not an Indian food expert and for me a raw slice of jalapeño is all the burn I’ll ever need. On that basis, this mix was spicy and tasty. It wasn’t overly salty although definitely not low sodium either.

Made in Pakistan, scary chemicals. DO NOT BUY.
If there was a zero, I'd give it that. The product is made in Pakistan but I had to peel off a clever label to see that..looked all over the box until I found it. Contains a variety of interesting chemicals such as Potatssium Pyrophosphate, Sodium Pyrophosphate, and etc. Now why would anyone want to eat that? Of course I see on the web that those chemicals are "generally recognized as safe"..LOL, how many time have we heard that? So it's going right in the trash, not worth returning. Def do not buy. Reviews are a real problem for manufacturers like these.
