When it comes to wellness and keeping my health in check, I was drawn to the VAHDAM Turmeric Ashwagandha Herbal Tea. As a middle-aged professional, finding natural ways to detox and reduce stress is important to me. This tea seemed like a promising addition to my daily routine.What I Like:Ingredients: The blend of turmeric and ashwagandha is excellent for its anti-inflammatory properties and stress relief. Delicious blend of turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, lemongrass, & bergamot extracts. Great way to add turmeric to your daily health regimen. Only way they could improve is to reduce packaging waste as no need for the oversized packaging.

My first review of this tea did not meet the guidelines for explaining exactly how it has helped me. So, I will keep it simple: this tea has great health benefits and tastes good.

I tried this tea to improve my overall health. I once tried a powdered turmeric that could be added to whatever you want, but I didn’t enjoy the flavor. Your Spiced Turmeric is very tasty, however the packaging is less then appetizing. Why glue the string to the bag? The fabric of the bag looks like plastic. The thought of dropping plastic and glue into my hot water?? I would prefer the Spiced Turmeric blend in loose tea and use my own infuser, which I did by cutting open the bag and pouring into my infuser. You may offer your tea this way, but I ordered the bags because it was a way to try it without spending too much on something I may not like. Awesome, balanced cinnamon taste that I don't find to be cloying. I could drink cup after cup! The overall quality is good, especially for the price, and I love that the ingredients are simple, which is all they need to be.

This tea is fresh! We have had several "batches" of this tea since each box is marked with the month and year of picking, blending & packaging, expiry, and a lot number. Each box we've had has consistent flavor and it tastes like fresh tea leaves. Now to be fair here in the US we are not known as great tea drinkers and up until last year our household has been mostly coffee drinkers. However, the acidity and bitterness of coffee has started to bother us more. We stumbled on to this tea in the office and it is the best black tea we have ever tasted. We steep our tea for ten minutes (I know that's too long) to get the most flavor and caffeine out of each bag and this tea is never bitter. It has a rich, almost creamy flavor and it really does taste like fresh tea leaves rather than the cardboard box taste of other teas. The founder of Vahdam Teas, Bala Sarda, sends a nice message about the company and how they are a family company that gives some of its profits to the education of the children of their tea workers. They seem to have good values that we appreciate so it makes the tea taste that much better. Try it, you'll like it!

Easy to use and the bags are strong and holds up when wet. Very nice blend of herbs. Not overwhelming. Enjoyable to drink and good for us.
