I started using a Reishi Mushroom Extract supplement a couple of years ago and have noticed it really supports my immune health. A friend gave me some Ganoderma coffee which is basically instant coffee with reishi mushroom extract. I had a pleasant experience with it. It made me chatty and happy. So, I was curious about the benefits of the reishi mushrooms. I looked on amazon for reishi mushrooms and found doublewood reishi mushrooms to be the best value. I drink three capsules first thing in the morning and go for a long walk, it seems to help with my circulatory problems. I used to have nosebleeds all the time and my legs would be so tired at the end of the night. Now, the nosebleeds are minimal now, and although I still have tired legs the number of days have been decreased and my legs feel better rested the next morning. Not sure if it's the mushrooms. I would like to think so. I have not noticed any other benefits.

I have been taking Reishi Mushroom Capsules (4:1 Ganoderma Extract, 1,000mg Red Reishi Powder Servings) 300 Count for 10 months now. The taste is earthy, but it’s in capsules do not bad. They are easy to swallow and the price is great. I take 2 capsules first thing in the AM with two other supplements. I noticed after 6 months my receding hairline started growing hair after many years. I am excited about that. I can not say if Reishi is the exact reason for my hairline regrowth after all these years, but I will say it was a huge benefit.
