The family loves this version. The characters and game play is great fun.

Fan of the DC deck building franchise. So this was a no brainier. Our third purchase from this product line.Some cards come with amazing foil finish which makes the game look even more appealing on the table.The only thing is, like all the other previous DC deck builders, this one is almost incompatible with the other of its kind. As mixing the sets would imbalance the hero choices you make and the bloated deck would make heroes from this or other sets not synergize well.

Based on my favorite Batman, The Batman Who Laughs. The art is Stunning, I love the Foil Dark Metal cards. the game play is simalure to the other DC deck building games but with a few twists to change it up. It also Includes a solo mode.

Awesome DC Universe/ comics card game collectible. I tried recently with my family and is fun to play.Different gameplay style from Munchkin cards and Magic The gathering cards.I like the Dark Knights Metal Edition base game. Hope they make more games likes this one with all different story arcs and universes of DC Universe.They should make games for solo/solitaire rules too and have more cards based on other superheros too. Like TMNT, POWER RANGERS, MARVEL UNIVERSE, AMALGAM UNIVERSE, etc...Overall entertaining card collectible game and excellent DC universe edition to own for DC fans.

I have most DC deck building games and I have to say this is my favorite one. The new metal cards are really cool and the game is played the same but with a little twist to it. Makes it a lot more fun.Metal cards have a slight noticeable chrome shine to them.

I am a little biased as I own most of the DC deck building game games and expansions, but this is a great game. I loved Dark Nights Metal comic series and was hoping it would get a deck-building theme from Cryptozoic. The cards are nice and my metal cards do not have the same issues as I have seen some others have reported (printing off, lines, etc.). The new twist on the game is fun and fits more in the theme of the comic. It also allows players to control more than one superhero throughout the game (thereby somewhat reducing the normal thematic problems, such as Superman flying the Bat Plane or Flash using Wonder Woman's lasso of truth...). My only complaint is, while I received the Deathstroke supervillain promo card, I did not get the Clayface.

I really enjoy the modified rules. It's enough of the old rules with some slight modifications that make it more fresh and exciting. Artwork and gameplay is great as all the other DC deck builders :)

This is a fun new version of the game. We have really enjoyed playing it. Lots of fun. It’s goes a little fast with two players. Our fix for that was adding 2 to the cost of super villains. Regardless, even as made it’s a great game.
