Are They Really Worth It?
This is my point as a 14 year old guy..I was seeing all of my favorite youtubers wear these so I looked them up along with their hefty price tag. After looking at the reviews and really not knowing if they worked or not I decided to bite the bullet and purchase these glasses with my own money.the glasses arrived and I was eager to try them. Around the 2 day mark I started using them all the time even when i was not using a screen so I was kinda using them like actual glasses. For me I did not notice any of the "marketing techniques" like extra visibility which i guessed was incorrect from the get go. But what I did notice that my eyes did no longer strain and my eyes would no longer hurt when gaming. Now onto the disadvantages paragraph. The glasses are almost unwearable with any headphones including my beats as they feel extremely tight and I take them off after hours of gaming with cuts. So now I just use earphones instead. Also Another thing I hate is that they get dirty way too easy their is marks on them now as I write my review that I cannot be bothered to wipe. The marks tend to annoy me over a long period of time so I have to find the provided cloth to clean them.Overall Although I do like the glasses and are something I wear every single day, the bottom line is that they are just a pair of yellow tinted glasses with a name to them. They do Help me when gaming in the sense of My eyes don't get tired and hurt. Now you can make the decision of weather these glasses are worth the price tag of £44 when I purchased but I do see they have gone down to £39. Also just a note, If you do Decide to buy them, get them in a cool color and not just plain black like me.thanks for Reading and Please hit that helpful button below, Have a great day!!

Worked for me
As a software developer i started noticing that my eyes were starting to feel fatigue and I had headaches after spending 3-4 hours in front of a monitor. After trying these out I can sit through the whole 8 hour work day and my eyes aren't even tired. I was sceptical at first but now I'm convinced that these really do work and I'm experiencing better results than I expected. A great product. Buying another pair for my girlfriend.

Fantastic, but hard to clean
I was first sceptical on whether these would work or not as a regular sufferer of migraines. I have been using these for over a week now and can not fault them. Absolutely brilliant as I work a 8 hour shift on computers Monday to Friday. If you struggle with glare and eye strain these are s must! The only downfall I ha e found is they get dirty very quickly and are hard to clean.

Can cause Presbyopia (the need for reading glasses)
As a man in my 40s I was expecting things to get burry when reading any year now. Presbyopia (Reading glasses) comes to us all eventually. There’s Gunnar glasses come with +1 magnification which means the little muscles in your eye don’t need to works so hard. However when muscles don’t work they get weak.Because of this weakness I noticed a serious deterioration of my reading eye sight during the couple of months I used these.Being at the age where presbyopia is due to kick in I need to keep my eye muscles strong they need to work hard to pull my cornea as it stiffens with age.I believe the +1 magnification of these glasses is a recipe for accelerated presbyopia.I recovered from my experience by working hard to restrenthen the muscles my focusing up close on things. But I will never put them on again. I need to keep my eye muscles strong for as long as I can to delay presbyopia.Gunnar glasses do too much of the work for you and your eyes get weaker. You’ll end up with reading glasses before your time. Don’t do it.

Great glasses, they do exactly what says on the tin... But they're just not comfortable enough.
Right. So I have fairly perfect vision, yet for some reason I suffer severely from dry, painfully itchy eyes after any significant length of gaming, and I CANNOT go without my gaming. So anyway I thought I'd give these a crack and f*** me they work! Don't get me wrong, these will not improve your game but if, like me, your eyes just get majorly screwed up the longer you play then these will significantly improve your experience.Upon wearing them for the first time, you'll notice that everything seems a tad brighter and much clearer. There is a slight magnification, +0.2 if i remember correctly, which i find useful not having to sit so close to the screen. The lenses on these glasses are where the magic happens. My eyes feel almost warmer/more humid when wearing these, thus stopping my eyes drying out all together as i basically stop blinking when I'm smashing some serious Uncharted 4 online (blink and you're basically as good as dead). So yea, they do exactly as advertised, EXCEPT for one small things. These Gunnar Intercept glasses should not be marketed as gaming glasses, because gaming glasses should be comfortable to wear for extensive periods of time... of which these are not. They're ok for about an hour or two and then you really start to notice them digging into your scalp and the bridge of your nose. Not to say that makes these un-usable, they're fine if you can deal with that digging in feeling, but I can safely say I'll be buying the much more lightweight MLG branded pair of Gunnars and handing these down to my girlfriend as soon as I can afford to do so.

Great value for what you pay
These glasses are extremely cheap, and it doesn't show in the quality of the product. I've used Gunnar's for a long time, and recently decided to get another pair to switch up the style. I also own the Gunnar Scope model.Design-wise these look great, and I like them a lot more than the Scope's. Comfort-wise, I prefer the Scope's. If you're wearing a headset or a pair of headphones, these will definitely do your head in.Despite the discomfort, I will give them 5 stars. They live up to what they claim to do.
