Excellent product, at a very reasonable price. Been using it for a week and my toe nails have shown great improvement the previously hard build up is becoming softer and easier to remove, I can already see very appealing toe nails in the near future.

A dab will do you. This gel is very slick and a little goes a long ways. Seriously, if you put it on in a heavy coat it will take a while to dry.It is effective, but no better than Lamactïn.

This stuff has helped my very dry and cracked heels look and smell better… and hurt less…. With consistent use. It also helps the toenailsLook smoother and cleaner.You still need to use a pumice to remove dead skin but this softens things up to make it easier and less frequent. I will never go back to lotion without urea. This one is angel so a lottle goes a long way. I use this some days and another one with lotion/urea other days.

I have no doubt about it helping, but this is very sticky and does leave residue on nails! My podiatrist recommended this for my toenails. I went ahead and used it all over my feet because it helps with your cracked heels too.! I believe I would buy a bottle of liquid just to put on my toenails and use this more for skin.

I have one ingrown toenail which has bothered me forever - it seemed the only resolution was to have the whole nail removed. As we get older (I'm 80+) footsore and comfort are really important, and even though I use foot baths, moisturizing creams I couldn't get any relief from the nail problem. Got the urea on the chance it would make it easy for me to work back some of this embedded nail - wasn't too hopeful. After just a week of using the gel after foot baths, the whole nail was way enough to scale back - no surgery. It helps soften and make removable any tough skin by the nail cuticles/above the nail. I recommend it for anyone with a nail problem on their feet. It really is remarkable, to me, to be able to 'remedy' the problem (not 'cure') enough to that I no longer have the chronic discomfort and worry about which shoes I'll be able to wear when switching out of athletic shoes.

I have been using this for two weeks. I have had cracks on the bottom of my big toe for a year. This has cleared them up. Even my girl who does my pedicures noticed the difference. I love it.
