VortexDirect 26' Tan/Beige Pontoon Boat Cover, Has Elastic and Straps, Fits 24'1" to 25' to 26' Long Deck Area, Up to 102" Beam

Finally installed my covering on my pontoon boat, tough it was actually a little longer then expected..it wrapped the boat pretty well. I wish the straps could have been about another 2 ft longer, as strapping it to a pontoon you do not have very many places to use as a tie point. I keep my boat undercover, so I am using the cover to keep dust and other flying items out of the boat...so lets see how good and long it last, so far content with what I received.

Overall I like the cover. I bought the next size up for my pontoon so it would cover the motor. It seems to shed the water well, and is fairly light in weigth for its size. We will see about the durability factor as it will be outside in the weather. One other note, you need a support system for this cover, as it will not shed water without it.

This cover stood up to a lot of weight between rain and snow. No tears or wear spots. Many neighbors commented how surprised with how well it did. They hope it becomes available by next winter.

This was my second Vortex Pontoon Cover purchase for my 25' pontoon. The first cover lasted for years so I had no problem purchasing another. I installed this cover in October or 2019. I use a TM strap support system plus poles to insure that there is no pooling water. We went away for the weekend in May or 2020, there was a storm and when we got home the Vortex cover was shredded. By pulling at the material I could easily tear it by hand. It seemed to be dry rotted. This product is made in China and as with everything made in China it"s a gamble with quality. My 1st Vortex cover went thru several hurricanes with no issues, this Vortex cover couldn't make it thru one storm.

25 foot pontoon

I am pleased with this cover. First time I used it I did not have any frame or supports and of course it pocketed water. The cover held the extra weight and stretch just fine. Now I use some 2 inch PVC pipe as a "Ridge Pole" down the middle and it sheds water just fine. Seems like a good quality product that will be very durable.
