I take these in addition to women’s ultra potency multivitamin. I just finished the first bottle. I didn’t notice a great difference so before I buy more I’ll take the multivitamin alone and see if I need to continue.

It has all Vit A, vit C, vit D3 and zinc all in one capsule.
It's about an inch long capsule which is kinda long for a vitamin. But being a capsule helps it go down. It smell kinda bad and taste kinda bad. But that's fine, no after taste or anything.
