It's not real leather but you'd never know by the look of it. It's beautiful. The black with the brown accent tab looks professional and classy. It fits my iPad Mini 2 exactly, securely...and as a stylus user, I love that it has the holder for one on top. With the inside pockets for ID or credit cards, it's a fantastic design. Overall, it's the most attractive and functional case I found for iPad Mini 2, including those sold by Apple, at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this case to any iPad Mini 2 owner.

This is a well made iPad Mini case that looks good, and is actually made from real leather. I also wanted something that incorporated its own stand capability, which this product has. All of the openings for the controls are correct and match up to the iPad controls. Lastly, there is a magnetic clasp that helps keep the unit closed when not in use.The only recommendation I would make is that the unit's cover does not turn off the iPad, which it should. Using this cover you need to turn the iPad off manually. I would, however, recommend this product as a good value.

Very nice case. Nice looking and appears to be well made. My only product suggestion would be to add an envelope or pocket either on the inside or outside of the case for a cloth to clean the screen, or a few papers that you need to have handy. As soon as I got my new case, I cut a business envelope down to size and taped it onto my case. I'm sure that you could do a much better job if this than I did.

Hands down, one of the best leather cases I got for any mobile item. Fit like a glove from day one and serves its purpose. Bought it for protection for my dad's Christmas gift, along with giving him style when he attends church and reads his Bible from it. This is luxury for a steal.More than recommend this to anyone. This is an updated review. I've now had my iPad in this cover for 2 weeks shy of 2 years, so I wanted to fully update my initial review.Being rather tough on all of the cases I've used, I'm impressed that this case has taken it all in stride. There is some fraying on the corners and other spots inside (that hold the iPad in place) yet it is still holding on! It has protected my iPad from damage from multiple accidents; knocked it off a table, a chair, off the side of a bed, and even out of my hands an asphalt driveway! I am truly amazed that my iPad still looks new! Plus, and amazing to me, and my rough treatment, the iPad screen has not been cracked! A problem I've had with other, even more expensive covers.It has proven to be the Best case ever!PS I purchased a second backup case a few months after buying my first, expecting it to need it in a further few months. That second case still sits in a drawer unused.PPS I bought one for my wife a couple of months after my first purchase. Her case still looks brand new!

I have bought two of these cases. Both broke at the same location. On the narrow strip to the right of home button. The thin metal strip is sharp when it breaks though the thin cover. I would never buy this cover again. I thought the first one failed was a freak accident or I would not of tried a second one because they look nice but this design flaw is worrisome. The company however quickly responded and has offered a replacement . I was very happy with their response and efforts.

For the price you can't beat it! It's a good looking case, constructed well. It looks as though there are two separate positions in which you can set the iPad, when using the iPad as a stand. But that's not the case. The picture. That angle works, the other one doesn't. It's because at that lower position it's the curved mettle edge of the iPad that is trying to hold it up against that leather strip you can see, and it doesn't. You actually can stand it more upright than the way it looks in the picture because then you are leather on leather and it holds. But it's nice. Again for the price, I think it'd be hard to beat. I'll just say I spent a good hour looking for a case on Amazon and am really happy that I went with this one.

I really liked my pink flowered version of this iPad mini case so I bought a "manly" version for my husband's mini. It's a very nice material. I fit his mini inside quickly and easily. It fits perfectly and is safe and sound. There is a neat magnetic closure. There is a little sling to hold a stylus. There are even slots for cards and other paraphanalia. My husband likes this mini case very much!
