These are good cotton swabs. The cotton is tightly and properly wound/affixed to either end of the stick; so they don’t start falling apart as soon as you start using it. The wood sticks on the ones I’ve used so far have been sturdy, which means they’re safe. They don’t break and splinter in use. I also appreciate the container they’re in, which is better than the paper-backed containers you can’t re-close from other brands. They’re packed tightly when they arrive, which is great; but here’s a hint: use a tweezer to remove the first few from the new package. This keeps you from touching multiple swabs while trying to get your fingers in to remove a single one. Since a major brand stopped making wood stick swabs years ago, (for my “safety”, but I use them for multiple things outside of personal hygiene, and paper or plastic sticks just don’t cut it), I’ve bought them from other companies and have usually been disappointed. I’m not disappointed with these. These are good quality swabs. Well made. Conveniently and protectively packaged. Can’t go wrong with these!

Great value especially if you prefer the kind with a firm stick that aren't bendable and flimsy.

Got these to use with scent oils to do some scent work with my dogs. Worked well.

The only thing is they will break if you use too much pressure!

I only buy cotton swabs in the round, clear plastic container that can sit near the sink in the bathroom and not be a big rectangular marketing package with a shortly advertising all over it like the leading brand has. This packaging is smaller and commensurately less expensive and far less unsightly And small enough to keep in a handy place right next to the sink in the bathroom. Win-win.
