I love this cooking spray, it’s my go to. Can handle temp as promised, good light to no taste depending on use. The only downside is that when the product is low it doesn’t spray as well so you need to get the hang of it. I usually have an extra in the cabinet so I can open the next one early if I really need to be precise.

Me encanto es una opción saludable, para mi caso que solo puedo usar este tipo de aceite, no tiene mal sabor ni los transfiere a la comida. Ademas al ser en Spray te permite controlar la cantidad que deseas usar.

I love it

Avocado oil is the best all purpose oil I have yet tried. High smoking point, virtually no taste and the spray is perfect for both frying pan and air fryer. It is a bit expensive to buy it in this way, but I think it is worth it for the convenience. This is my second can, the previous one I had lasted a couple of months, so I guess a pound a week is not that dear!
