Ive been using razer products for the better portion of about 10 or more years now. I always have had amazing products and recently i broke my headset. I ordered via amazon because it was already late and i could get the product the next day, instead of rushing out to the store early in the am or worrying if i am going to make it there before closing. Anyways this product was so cheap, normally the razer headsets come with a USB port that's easy to use and insert. This particular one had a Mic and Earphone jack and i felt like i was going to break the wires trying to put these in the ports. Then none of the audio was working at all, people couldn't hear my via disc and i checked all my settings and no matter what i did nothing worked. I couldn't hear them either. Then taking the wires out of the ports was even worse as you thought you were going t5o just snap them because they didn't seem to be strong enough to properly pull out. I do not recommend this product at all. Worst in ten years. Very disappointed. Easy return service though.

The first thing I would like to say, is that for best sound quality in games I found I had to activate the 7.1 surround sound from the app and product key that came with the headset, had to set my computer audio to 7.1 surround sound, BUT THEN HAD TO TURN OFF THE SURROUND SOUND OPTION IN THE 7.1 SURROUND SOUND APP. I know that might not make sense but it gave me the best results. I had issues with the last two 3.5mm jack headsets I used, mute button not muting, people hearing my PC audio coming through mic, etc. So I wanted to try a USB again as I used them in the past and had no issues. This headset said Black (USB) but came with 3.5mm, but the built-in mute button works and even very loud headset audio does not playback through the mic, but for people who NEED a USB connection you should know that it does not come with one for whatever reason.

Headphones are comfortable and lightweight as stated but the sound quality is very poor. If you are looking for a good quality surround sound headset, keep looking.

Bought and received in August. Within a month the headset started randomly screeching at me and others in my party. And now it is literally falling apart. Do not buy these!!

good for it's price, but the small ear muffs can be uncomfortable after a few hours.

Noch nach Jahren verwende ich die Kopfhörer und sie sind einfach super. Der Klang ist erstklassig, die Kopfhörer sitzen sehr gut und während eines Calls verstehen mich alle super. Man kann das Mikro stummschalten mit einem Knopf an der Seite des Kopfhörers, hat mir sehr oft geholfen, weil ich somit einfach weiter arbeiten konnte, statt immer wieder in den Call zu wechseln.

من افضل السماعات اللي استعملتها ، لهم معي الان فوق السنتين ولازالت في نفس الجودة ولم يخرب فيها اي شي 💯💯

The sound quality is amazing, even before activating the 7.1 surround sound. Build quality is mediocre but still feels good. Very comfortable and doesn't put alot of pressure on the head. Definitely would recommend
