Good for beginners. Counting doesn't work after using for some months just like mine Grip is good for beginners but as after some days you will feel It's getting loose but actually your grip strength increased. There is no single adult (I know) did atleast 10 with max strength. Flexible,yes it is. You can try different grip strength uses like 1,2 finger only . changing positions of griper (upside down), changing distance between fingers

You get what you pay for Average quality for hand grip
Hand grip equipment. Could be better if screw at rotating part was longer. It fell off in single time use at 5 kg resistance.
