I love storing food in large-mouth Ball jars in the fridge but I dislike the 2-part metal lids. These plastic lids are awesome! I have ordered them twice.

Beautiful colors. Sturdy. Nice silicone rings that fit tightly into the life to seal airtight. Just be careful because it's VERY hard to remove the lids, almost impossible if you use the silicone rings. So definitely an alright seal, but, I really do want to reopen them when I need to. I am now not using the silicone seals so I can access the contents of my jars when I'm ready to.

I much prefer these over the stock lids. The are easy to use and its straightforward just clean it before hand and place the plastic seal in the lid and then it creates a liquid proof design and the colors are great. I put off buying this for a second but I should have gotten them when I needed an alternative. You get a lot for the price too its a good value. Would recommend

I am so happy to find these wonderful jar lids for widemouth jars! A friend of mine told me that when you buy fruit, like strawberries or grapes, you can place them unwashed in glass jars in the refrigerator and they will keep for at least a couple of weeks. I have been doing this, and it works, but I have had to use my regular jar lids that I use for canning. These plastic jar lids are the perfect fix. There are 8 of them in a package and they come with rubber rings to keep the seal tight. Of course, you could also use these to store your favorite candies or office supplies, but I love that it works so well for food. These are a win-win for me.

I prefer these plastic tops for my mason jars. The metal ones are flimsy and require two pieces. I use my jars for food storage only, not canning. These lids are air tight and fit well. They are easier for me to use and they look nice in the pantry. They go in the dishwasher and come out fine. Good value for the price.

I make cold brew coffee in mason jars and these lids are PERFECT!! They are leak proof and best of all, I like the colors. Great price. I saw a comment complaining about the quality, I have no issues and I am using them to cap off liquid that I have to shake up and turn upside down a bit. Absolutely NO PROBLEMS. I hand wash them for longevity but they can go on the top rack. If you take care of your stuff, it will last. Don't complain.

These seem to be sturdy and are colorful. The only thing I don’t like but it keeps the lids sealed well is the silicone gasket in the lid, it fits into a channel, it does what it is supposed to do, but when you was the lid you have to remove it with something like a toothpick, it is very thin and if you leave it in when you wash it grease and gunk get on and under it so you will be washing it again. It is better to remove it first and wash by hand and wash the lids separately. I use my jars for storing food in the refrigerator so these are perfect for locating what I am looking for because they are all different colors! The price was good too!

I bought these lids in the hope they'd fit! I discovered that the grey BALL branded no leak lids I had did not fit this particular jar! It's really odd, the 'regular' mouth BALL branded lids fit my smaller Kilner jars no problem, but there is some slight nuance to the screw of these larger WIDE MOUTH jars that is different enough to cause issue. Reached out to Kilner direct to see if they made plastic lids for their jars and the answer was no. Very pleased to now have a plastic lid for refrigerator storage of the Kilner 16 oz / 500ml straight sided jars (which I bought off Amazon).

These are junk. They're cheaply made and the threads are wrong for Ball mason jars.

I think these are a great idea as the metal lids always rust

The threading doesn’t allow them to screw on easily.
