Hands down, the best parchment paper ever. It's flat and it fits the sheet pan perfectly. It comes in a sturdy box, so I store it on its side with my sheet pans. It's easy, reliable, convenient and it makes cleanup a snap.

Works great for all baking needs. I use this for everything, not just baking cookies. I line pans with it to cook anything in the oven, roasting vegetables, cooking chicken wings etc. anything I don’t want to stick, I use a sheet. I even use it in glass pans with sides, so no matter what I cook it comes out easily and clean up is minimal. Great value and nice sturdy sheets.
