Installation water not the best for hair, but this is a game changer

Not sure if it actually works or if it’s a placebo
I have two of these. One for my shower in Paris and one for my shower in Texas. Both are hard water cities. In Paris I still see water spots. So far I haven’t seen it with the one I have in America, but it may not be long enough to see them yet. So I don’t know if this actually does anything or if it’s the Cica Biafine that keeps my skin moisturized. I actually feel that my hair in the US is much less healthy and dry. It could just be the shampoo though. So it probably doesn’t hurt to have this.

not sure if its working or not been using it for a week or so. I can tell it dries out my skin however I have to yet test the water to see where the ph level stands

Unusable
The unit is unusable. Instructions say to remove the filter from the case before using (in order to first remove protective tabs on each end of the filter itself), but the filter turned out to be unremovable. Following the instructions on how to remove the filter from the casing proved unproductive and additional measures were unsuccessful as well. A waste of money.
