This product is great I was a alcoholic at one time found out my liver was hurt by it ,I started taking this product works good ,I give it a A + if your looking for a healthy way to help your liver here it is

These supplements work very well. And they aren't horrible in smell or flavor. I've had some of them that tasted horrible and smelled as bad as they tasted. To the point where I couldn't take another dose without throwing up.

I've been taking this for a year now and my liver enzymes are all within normal range. And I didn't even change my diet like my Dr. Instructed. Highly recommend!

I have taken the Hepagard for a couple of months now. I just went in for blood tests, had a liver panel and to my surprise my liver enzymes were normal. My liver still feels sensitive therefore; I will continue to use the product. The only complaint I have is the price bounces up and down from $37-$40 so far. Typically I have problems swallowing lightweight capsules such as these are , but the capsules are NOT real huge and are fairly easy to swallow and no foul taste.. I would recommend to purchase these for someone who has liver issues.

Hepgard vitamines work excellent with pain and swollen liver disease that have highley recomemend it

I give this 3 stars because I don't know if it's working or not. I've been taking it for about a month. I don't feel any different than when I started; no better, no worse. I take it to hopefully improve my old liver's functioning, and to hopefully prevent any further deterioration (assuming there has been some). It would be nice if it eventually makes me feel better (as advertised), but I don't really expect that. It's easy to swallow (not too large), has a great combination of ingredients, seems to be well made, taste is not an issue.

This is a great supplement for liver detox. It gives an energy boost too. Always consult your doctor before taking any supplements.

So far, great. I read the reviews, good and bad. I read where a lot of people complained about open bottles. Mine came today very fast. It had the outter seal around the cap, it also had the inner seal you see once you remove the cap. I also counted them, yep, all 30 where there. I remember 1 review that said something about having to take 2 a day so you only get a 15 day supply. The directions say to take 1 or 2 a day. The choice is yours. I wonder if people would complain if there were 31 capsules in the bottle? I've taken my 1st capsule. I will update later.
