I am not 50 yet but I couldn't find any good intermittent fasting for women so I gave it a go. I have done water fasting as well as intermittent fasting. I know it helped me immensely but didn't know exactly how. This book helped me understand and also give much more information that I could apply. I strongly recommend this book for any who wants to know more about intermittent fasting for women.

Awful !
I wish I had read the bad reviews! Small book of terribly written and organized info. Seems like it was written in another language and poorly translated. Just awful and sooo overpriced.

I had to stop reading the book because there were so many editing and proofreading errors. It was incredibly distracting. Waste of money.

Really Love It!!!
I am a fan of discontinuous fasting and starting late started using this methodology the keep going couple an exceptionally lengthy timespan to drop weight. My PCP simply recommended thusly of eating and this book point of fact supports and uncovers to me how to accomplish it.

It is the ideal book about intermittent fasting and for those women who are over 50.This book starts out with clear and concise information and also this book will clarify the tips and recipes that can help anyone in getting the majority of discontinuous fasting schedule. It is the best way to use intermittent fasting for losing weight.
