The New Gate Volume 1 (The New Gate Series) Paperback – April 16, 2020

Have been reading the series for years so glad that it has finally officially come to the states, biggest problem is this is the MANGA version and not the Light novel version.Story is slow and no real goal as of yet, MC is basicly OP from the start but just means he is more relaxed even if no one else is. Fun read and nice change verses other series

Yes, it's another '...wake up in a different world.' scenario, but the story draws you in after the first couple of pages. I've read some of the original (Japanese language) Manga, and it hasn't let me down as far as keeping interested in the story. This one's WORTH IT!

First I have never read the light novel so pacing wasn't an Issue. Second if you're a sword art manga fan I think you will really enjoy this manga. It is well written and a fun read.

Really good story so far, couldn’t put the book down till it was finished. So looking forward to the other volumes coming in.Nice artwork too.

A twist on the isakai genre, a good twist at that. It's a slow burn, which is an good thing. I look forward to the next volume!

Was not expecting much, but it got my attention and kept it all the way till the end. Plus cliffhanger... so already looking forward to the next book

Ordered this product twice once for myself, another for a friend of mine, the second time round the book was covered in a sticky residue and had left marks all over the cover even after trying to wipe away with damp towel, left stains on the inside of the cover as well, still readable but i don't wanna give this as a gift now due to damageThe book itself - Good read and if you can get a undamaged version, well worth it! fun story and action scenes

Ich habe den Manga gekauft und eine Heiles Buch erwartet. Das Buch war nicht wie normal eigentlich versiegelt, also weiß ich nicht genau ob es Neu oder gebraucht ist. Ich habe aufjedenfall ein neues Bestellt. Keine ahnung warum, aber die Ecken sind beschädigt und ich bin mir nicht sicher ob das so sein soll und am Bild liegt, aber meine Rückseite wirkt so, als ob da jemand TInte drauf verschüttet hätte.
