Effective, natural. Discovered this product in France. I like the taste. Reminds me of prunes.

I found this while on vacation in France four years ago. Since then I’ve had to experiment to find the most effective dosage. For me, I take it daily as recommended and I find this the best dosage. Also, after experimenting for a number of years, I find this to be very effective, much better than over-the-counter laxatives and stool softeners sold in the US. I say experimenting because at first I didn’t find this product to be all that effective. Now, I take it daily after eating dinner with good effect. (leave enough time when ordering)

A pharmacist in Europe recommended this during my recent trip home. It worked very well for the month I was there and I thought that I would find a similar product in the US. Not really! So I resorted back to this and I pay the higher price but is worthy it, except that it sticks on my teeth and is best to use it in the evening at home, and not during a Zoom meeting. I am now on my 2nd order. The box says it comes from Belgium or the UK. As Long as it does not come from some other country I am safe.

I developed severe IBS-C and was put on Linzess. It helped, but had side effects. When the IBS was controlled, I started experimenting with taking this after supper. It worked great as long as I keep well hydrated. I sometimes have to take miralax (sp) if my body doesn’t work well, but overall, this has been a life saver for me. Highly recommend trying.

My cousin told me about this, since my wife is taking miralax via Dr’s orders, to help her! She started these about 2 weeks ago, dropped the miralax, and the results are great!! Seems to be all natural! She had to cut it down to half, because it was working too well! So far she is very happy with it, other than the taste! If you like figs and dates, it’s a bit like that taste, maybe little more sour, and it sticks to your teeth! She takes it at supper and has fruit or dessert after ti cover the taste! I’ve tried it and do not really mind the taste, other that it definitely sticks to your teeth! If you’re having “going to the bathroom issues”, it’s definitely worth a try!
