CCNP Enterprise: Advanced Routing (ENARSI) v8 Lab Manual (Lab Companion)

Book has instructions on how to set up the labs in Packet Tracer and walks you through how to solve them.

I bought this book to lab after finishing my ENCOR lab book about a month ago. I bought them around the same time and put this one up when I got it. Upon going through it I realized the book pages are completely out of order.

This lab manual provides a great framework for preparing for the ENARSI exam; however, it requires load files for lab devices that are NOT included with the manual. The lab files are only provided in the Cisco Academies ENARSI prep course (~$150). This was a waste of money without planning to pay for the Cisco Academies course. Also, the lab devices required for this manual are 4221 routers with IOS XE v16.9.4 (universalk9 image) and Catalyst 3650 switches with IOS XE v16.9.4 (universalk9 image). Like many others, my lab equipment is older and doesn't support XE images (although is fully capable of running most of the lab configurations). The description for this manual does not indicate what hardware is required.

The labs require text files in order to pre config the devices so you can complete them. But the book doesn't provide for the labs and you can't obtain then any where online, so for independent studies it is useless.
