You're saving water though...
Nice product to refresh the waterless urinal after a filter change or in between changes. Those things can really stink up a place.

I received it broken ordered another one and it got sent back because of damage.

Really helped eliminate some of the buildup associated with waterless urinals, broke down the clog and is now flowing as designed. I would suggest it as part of a regular maintenance routine to avoid buildup of urine salts.
