I weigh 200lbs with a 34" waiste. I ordered the S/L. It fits really snug. However, it's really hard to get off by myself, especially after I've been sweating. Therefore, I recommend you go a couple of sizes bigger. Good luck.

I measured my waist size to get the closest size to fit into and speaking from experience get the zip up one

Definitely order one size up. I am a XL on the daily but got a 2XL or I would if had to cut it off because it is a snug fit. Great fit for that extra sweat at the gym.

To small for what they recommend

If you order one of these you will need to order 2 to 3 sizes up I read the reviews on it and did what was suggested and it was still way to small I would give it a zero if I could

I grabbed an XL and was barely able to get my arm and head through the holes. Very tight. Couldn't get it on. Going to make modifications.
