This tea doea calm my stomach and the taste is very nice too. I can def taste both the mint and fennel and fennel is small amounts just like anise is great.

I really like the taste. I bought this because I love having tea before bedtime and this is caffeine free and the flavors are very calming. I don’t find it to be bitter at all and it doesn’t need sweetener, but if you like more sweet add some honey to compliment. I have been drinking for 3 days now before bedtime and I have felt more tired and fallen asleep faster. I noticed it also helped relax my mind and help me not to think about so much before bed time. I really like it so far but also not sure if these affects will last long term and price is a little expensive as each box only retails for $2.50 when I finally found it in the stores

Beautiful skin, means healthy skin. Healthy skin indicates healthy body. I drink it for the health benefits, but my kids down this stuff for the flavor. The aroma is lovely and the taste is playfully delicious. I prefer it straight, but the kids like using it as a base for their concoctions, adding oat-milk, sambucus syrup, etc.

Good flavor; neither the peppermint nor the fennel is overwhelming. Definitely helps with discomfort and nausea.

I really like this peach tea. I use it at bedtime with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, a little cinnamon and a couple of drops of splenda. The ACV really brings out the peach flavor, making it taste sorta like a peach cider drink. A great way to get my ACV in for the day.
