Ever since I bought this couch, my cats have loved stretching & scratching on this corner. I tried using double sided tape and while it worked while the tape was up, it didn’t ultimately deter them when the tape was removed. Rather than fight them on it, I decided to buy this scratcher instead. My couch is pretty bulky & this fits on it great. The velcro straps it comes with are long enough to reach either end and it’s very secure even after several days with the cats scratching it. The cats love scratching on it & it’s solved my problem for the time being. I only wish the wrap that goes over the top of the couch arm had the same scratchy/protective material as the cats also like scratching there as well.

This was a little difficult to put on my sectional because I forgot to measure the side I wanted to put it on. This is not the fault of the product but I do wish it had an option for Velcro on the back side instead of the Velcro straps. My sectional doesn’t have legs for the Velcro straps so I had to get creative with my sectional to make it work. I also couldn’t stick the top part all the way down between the cushion and arm rest because my sectional has a metal frame in the way for the recliner. So I had to just shove it all in where I could and make sure it was tight/secure. Overall, it’s good quality and I’m still happy with the purchase. Once I got it to fit right on my couch, it looks pretty good. I can still manage to reach my recliner handle behind it too.

My cat likes to get my attention by scratching my desk chair. I just got a new one for the first time and decided to use this to protect it. It may not be designed for desk, chairs or look too pretty but it’s better than taping a plastic bag to it! You can still see the tape from my first attempt at protecting the chair.

Love the idea, and much needed for our couch. However we cannot get it to fit correctly.

I was worried my cats weren’t going to use this and just somehow sneak under it, but omg they use it like crazy! Couch is safe and it doesn’t look terrible! They love to scratch at it all the time and it doesn’t lose shape. It doesn’t affect the couch’s comfort for the humans and it stays on the couch pretty well! I’m excited to see how long it lasts.

The cats scratch here and not any other part of the couch.

Este es un perfecto rascador y protector, si tu gato se la pasa arañando la esquina veras que es la opción ideal. Lo coloque sobre mi sofá y mi gato siguió rascando en la misma superficie aun cubierta. La parte blanca es como de cuerda tejida esta super buenisima, y ya llevo con el dos años desde su compra, estoy valorando mucho comprar uno nuevo porque ya para estos dos años ya sabrán cuanto uso le dio mi gato. jajaja ya lo recorrí un poco y pues supongo que solo lo usare un poquito mas y ya comprare otro nuevo. Y DETUVO LA DESTRUCCION DE MI SALA :( pero si ando triste por no haberlo comprado desde antes pues le saco varios hilos a la tapicería y debo aprender a restaurar con puntos.

Es resistente cumple con su función

En realidad la gata no lo usa como rascador pero al menos dejó de maltratar el sillón. El producto se ajusta al tamaño del mueble, sí lo recomiendo.
