easy greek salad
Probably the only brand I've found in Indian market, so there isn't much choice if you want to make some Greek recipes. We make this regularly, super easy super tasty high protein diet. boiled chickpeas (chholey) + diced cucumbers + coarsely shredded / chopped dates (khajoor) + chopped green olives --- mix roughly in (4:4:1:1) ratios Dressing : honey + lemon juice + any mustard sauce (or dijon mustard, kasundi in Bengali) + optional dry herbs (e.g. oregano), stir in a bowl and finally coarsely crumbled feta cheese - this one's indispensable, no other type of cheese would work. Some folks prefers cubes of feta cheese. simply mix n serve, store in fridge n serve chilled don't reheat. it has lot of salt water (brine) to preserve, so doesn't need extra salt.
