Nice but scents are strong. Provide lots of steam and 1 can be shared . Make sure you put in a corner of the shower. Opens all your pours.

These release barely any scent when in the shower.

These things are AMAZING! When the family and I have sinus issues due to weather or just about anything, a quick warm shower with one of these at the bottom will clear you up. Just put it at the bottom of the shower where the water will hit it and breathe in the vapors.

I got these for myself but if anyone out there wants to gift them to me again, I'd 100% take them up on it.It's an incredible start to the day, I feel like for my daily 6-10min I'm in a spa.I'm sure there's other brands out there but you can't go wrong with getting these as a gift
