I love this Prunelax Jam, 0.38 Pound.Yes, it is a very small jar, but there is a reason it is small. It is pretty tasty, so if you had a big jar, you'd be too tempted to put too much on a piece of toast or what ever you are eating it with, and you WILL have a reaction from it!A small amount as suggested truly works as intended. But, if you like the taste of prunes/plums, be very careful to stick to that recommended amount. Don't get greedy!Don't ask me how I know, butt I found out by experience! ;)

I buy the tea bags, the 'jamlax' and the tablets too! Take either late evening and you're sure to have an easy morning. Don't go overboard though! You don't want to camp out n the bathroom. A little goes a long way.

Great product. Works effectively. This order is taking such a long time. I've been waiting several weeks. The product deserves 5 stars but the seller doesn't. As long as I've had to wait the order should be discounted.

Perhaps it works, but the taste is difficult to tolerate. Not what I remembered from a similar product I tried years ago....

This product is magic! I first came about it in South America travel had me completely out of sorts. This is the best aide I have ever tried. No cramping, works quickly and efficiently (within about 8hrs) and your body/metabolism are back to normal after use. I bought it for my mom who suffers from severe constipation. It works fantastically. The taste is pleasant and so is the texture. Make sure to check sugar content for those who suffer from diabetes.
