It’s easy to install, but disconnects wifi all the time, it’s imposible to keep working because it just decides to fail. Not happy at all with this product

Does what it needs to do, get a far better signal that the little ones without an antenna. Would be useful if the antenna could rotate through 90° in each direction from the flat horizontal in the event the usb on the pc is vertically oriented.

Used this on a new dell laptop in a poor WiFi area, it didn’t work but I don’t know if this is due to user error. I’m not technically minded so just give up trying.. other than that it looked like a quality product.

I have an old pc running Windows xp and have always struggled to get a good connection as it is in a back bedroom away from our home hub. I only use pc to access Internet and e mails. Device was easy to install and I get a really strong signal. So far its worked perfectly.

Bought this for my mom's computer. It didn't have a strong wifi signal. It works great! She plugged it in and now she has great wifi and it picks it up the signal from upstairs.

The product is of good quality and does the job, however there is a problem with the antenna. It only bends in one direction and sticks out of my PC and not in line with my screen. When I purchased it looked like it would fold in any direction.
