They are effective though my kids don’t really like the taste. I rarely give my kids melatonin, though when they really need it, it does help them fall asleep better. My oldest child is a more anxious type, and when he’s having a hard time winding down, this is when I like this the most. They are chewable so easy to use, and are definitely affordable. Not too expensive considering we got two bottles.
