This is the correct ratio for killing mould and fungi. I use it as a cleaning product. I use the higher percentage for other things. Good value for money and decently packaged with a nice solid lid. It would be useless for an alcohol lamp.

I’ve been using this 70% isopropyl alcohol mostly for cleaning and disinfecting around the house, and it works really well. It evaporates quickly and doesn’t leave any residue, which is great for electronics and glass surfaces. The bottle is a good size and seals well, so no leaks. Only thing I’d mention is that the smell is quite strong (as you'd expect), so make sure the area is ventilated. Overall, solid quality and does exactly what I need it to.
