Q: How to store the gravy

once you have opened the pouch, store it in the fridge and finish within a day or two.Thats what I do.

Q: I received a damaged product in a very bad condition so how it can be return?

there is meat inside so i don't think that is a good idea especially in summer. refrigerate and take out one hour before feeding to bring to room temp.

You can use, but we don't recommend Adult gravy food to a 4-month-old puppy.
